Life's Kitchen serves up a delicious lunch every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Come see us in action with Life's Kitchen Chefs training our students on food preparation and customer service. And the food is nothing short of amazing!

Lunch is served at Life's Kitchen at 1025 Capitol Blvd. (one block south of the river) on 9th Street.

Parking is limited...please park at the back of the building.  Call in orders are welcome.  Call 331-0199.

Stewed black beans with vegetables in chicken stock with
a hint of smoked chilies garnished with cilantro and seasoned
tortilla strips.

Organic Vegetable Primavera

Fresh fava beans, arugula, fennel, and Japanese zucchini
sautéed in local purple garlic over pasta in white wine
sauce with parmesan cheese and served with a side
salad of local greens in vinaigrette.

Al Pastor Burger

Seasoned ground pork burger with citrus, pineapple and
chilies ground in the patty topped with tomatillo avacodo
sauce, shredded cabbage, cilantro and served with fresh
cut-to-order French fries.

Cola Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pork slow braised on cola and other seasonings until it is
fall-off-the bone tender, sopped in house made BBQ sauce
on an artisan bun, with a side of cole slaw and Smoked
Spanish Paprika potato chips.

Greek Chicken Salad

Grilled chicken breast sliced and mixed with feta cheese,
cucumber, and olives on fresh artisan bread in a creamy

Like all our burgers, we grind these ourselves with dried
cranberries, onion and a little garlic.  Grilled up and served
with melted brie and lemon aioli on a toasted artisan bun with
herb de Provence fries.

smoked gouda, provolone and cream cheese topped with
