Organic Vegetable Primavera $7.50 Fresh fava beans, arugula, fennel, and Japanese zucchini sautéed in local purple garlic over pasta in white wine sauce with parmesan cheese and served with a side salad of local greens in vinaigrette. Made by: Joey
Al Pastor Burger $7.50 Seasoned ground pork burger with citrus, pineapple and chilies ground in the patty topped with tomatillo avacodo sauce, shredded cabbage, cilantro and served with fresh cut-to-order French fries. Made by: Ian
Cola Pulled Pork Sandwich $7.50 Pork slow braised on cola and other seasonings until it is fall-off-the bone tender, sopped in house made BBQ sauce on an artisan bun, with a side of cole slaw and Smoked Spanish Paprika potato chips. Three Cheese Bello $7.50 Grilled portobello mushroom stuffed with a mixture of smoked gouda, provolone and cream cheese topped with grilled apple slices on a toasted artisan bun with herb de Provence fries.
